Classes & Levels We Offer

We offer a wide variety of classes starting at age 3 and continuing through 18. According on your dancers age and experience, we have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes for all genres. Ballet

Ballet is the building block to all other dance genres. This class is highly recommended for every dancer in our studio and is required for any dancer interested in our Competitive Division.

Tap

Tap is a class that uses a special 'Tap' shoe to beat and cadence in the music. In tap, your dancer learns quick footwork skills along with enhanced musicality response.

Jazz

Jazz is an upbeat style of dance that incorporates ballet technique and modern style of movements.

Hip-Hop

Hip-Hop is a style of dance that utilizes self-expression and individuality through stecatto movements like isolations, breaking, popping, and locking.

Pointe

Pointe uses the same traditional ballet technique while incorporating a more advanced shoe. The point shoe is a papier-mâché (not wood) shoe that molds and stabilizes the foot to go up on your toes. We require a number of years in ballet, along with individual evaluation, before allowing our dancers to take this class to ensure safety.

Lyrical

Lyrical is a combination of ballet and jazz. It utilizes ballet technique along with modern and expressive movements.

Modern

Modern is an all-in-one style of dance. It utilizes stecatto isolative movement like hip-hop, expressive styles like jazz or lyrical, and translates a particular message or story through unique dance moves.

Tricks & Tumble

Tricks and Tumble classes are for dancers who want to add exciting movements into their dance routines or for kids who utilize tumbling in other sports. We practice on mats and with a spotter to ensure safe execution.
