Denise Kiser- Funder/Teacher
Meet the Founder – Denise Kiser
Denise Kiser is the visionary behind The Dance Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Pedagogy from Brenau University and has spent over 25 years building a thriving studio rooted in passion, discipline, and community. Denise began her journey at just 23, opening her first studio in the small town of Americus, Georgia. In 2002, she made the bold move to Gainesville, where The Dance Company has since become home to over 400 students. As a dedicated teacher and mentor, Denise has not only shaped confident dancers but has also inspired many to pursue their passion for dance beyond high school. Her impact continues to be felt in every class, performance, and student success story.

Brittany Benson- Teacher
Meet Brittany Benson
Brittany Benson’s dance journey is a full-circle story of passion, dedication, and mentorship. She began as one of Denise Kiser’s very first students in Americus, never imagining that years later, she would return to teach alongside her mentor. Brittany also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Pedagogy from Brenau University—one of the South East's leading dance programs—and made the bold move from Americus to Gainesville to pursue her education. Now, over 12 years later, Brittany remains a committed and inspiring instructor at The Dance Company. She also plays an integral role in our Competitive Division, where she continues to challenge and motivate dancers to reach their highest potential.

Logan Kiser- Teacher
Meet Logan Kiser
Logan Kiser grew up immersed in the world of dance, inspired by her mother and studio founder, Denise Kiser. From a young age, it was clear she would follow in her family’s footsteps. Dancing alongside her mother and today, co-teacher Mary Margaret for over 23 years, Logan has built an impressive performance résumé—including 8 years in The Dance Company’s Competitive Division, performances in Disney parades and the Champs Sports Bowl in Orlando, and training at Broadway Dance Center in New York City under some of the nation’s top instructors. Today, Logan blends her rich performance background with the wisdom passed down from her mother to shape her unique teaching style. She continues to be a driving force in The Dance Company’s Competitive Division, guiding and inspiring the next generation of dancers.

Mary Margaret McClellan
Meet Mary Margaret
Mary Margaret has been part of The Dance Company family since the age of 3, growing up through the program and evolving into the accomplished instructor she is today.
